What counts as a live catalog?

A live catalog is one catalog you have published for visitors. You can update it at the same link, hide it, revoke it, or protect it with a passcode without using another catalog slot.

What does catalog storage cover?

It covers the display models, part images and documents you choose to host in Atlassia. Your source CAD files are read in your browser and are not uploaded as part of the normal import flow.

Are viewers or quote requests limited?

No separate viewer or quote-request limit is shown here. The included catalog traffic is intended for normal customer use; if a catalog needs unusually high delivery capacity, we will agree that with you before a surprise charge can arise.

Can I change plan or cancel?

During the private beta, access and the starting plan are confirmed directly with you. We will agree any change before it takes effect. The final paid-plan terms will be shared before general availability.

Does Atlassia offer ERP, SSO or custom-domain packages?

Not as a standard plan today. Atlassia is built for publishing customer-facing 3D catalogs quickly. Tell us what you need and we’ll be direct about what is available now and what would need to be scoped.
